Marketing/Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and oversee all aspects of business development and marketing communications, including the development, implementation, monitoring, updating, and ongoing analysis of the organization’s strategic business development and marketing plan.
• Partner with the CEO to drive growth in hospital admissions, clinical program and service-line development, business planning, physician relations, community relations, marketing, communications, post-acute strategy, and senior outreach.
• Create and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor increases in volume, growth, and revenue by program, service line, and/or physician.
• Lead media relations, website strategy, and social media initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business (Development), Communications, or a related field (required).
• At least 7 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications, or public relations (required).
• At least 2 years of healthcare management experience (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute-care setting (strongly preferred); post-acute experience is a plus.
• Project/program management experience (strongly preferred).
• Proven expertise in program planning, organization, implementation, and operations, including strategic planning, marketing, media relations, communications, business development, and market research.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Critical thinking, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
