About the role

The Marketing & Brand Designer serves as the primary creative lead for Admissions, Dual Enrollment, Homeschool Admissions, and Bryan College Online marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and executing visual marketing campaigns, creating high-quality print and digital communications, supporting institutional branding efforts, and helping communicate Bryan College’s identity as a Premier Christian College.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce recruitment campaigns across print and digital channels.
  • Create admissions publications, brochures, viewbooks, flyers, postcards, and recruitment collateral.
  • Develop campaign creative for enrollment events, visits, open houses, and student recruitment efforts.
  • Serve as the primary designer for Admissions, Dual Enrollment, Homeschool Admissions, and Bryan College Online marketing initiatives.
  • Support lead-generation and enrollment campaigns through creative design and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and Bryan College Online staff to ensure marketing materials support enrollment goals.
  • Implement and uphold Bryan College brand standards across all assigned projects.
  • Design graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Create visual assets for social media campaigns in collaboration with the Social Media Lead.
  • Develop digital advertising creative for enrollment and institutional campaigns.
  • Design email templates and supporting graphics for marketing initiatives.
  • Afford support with website design updates and user experience improvements as needed.
  • Design admissions and institutional publications.
  • Prepare files for commercial printing and digital distribution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality production standards.
  • Manage multiple print projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Support major institutional marketing initiatives through creative production.
  • Ensure all materials meet Bryan College brand standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines.
  • Design and produce branded reports, presentations, slide decks, and executive communications for the President’s Office, executive leadership, Board presentations, special events, and institutional initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency with Bryan College branding across executive and leadership communications.
  • Coordinate design projects within assigned enrollment marketing areas.
  • Assist with project planning, production schedules, and creative timelines.
  • Manage assigned requests through the departmental ticketing system.
  • Communicate project progress and deadlines with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, writers, and external vendors as needed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing on strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Bryan College Online, Athletics, Student Development, Advancement, and campus departments.
  • Support social media initiatives through collaboration with the Social Media Lead.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities in graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and higher education marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design, marketing, branding, or visual communications experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and related applications).
  • Experience designing for both print and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and marketing communications.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Skills
