About the Role
We have an opportunity for the role of Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist within our Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics (RMDx) division. This is an onsite role based in Chicago, IL (Willis Tower) or Lake Bluff, IL. Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics delivers innovative diagnostic solutions that help healthcare professionals detect infectious diseases and other serious health conditions quickly and accurately, enabling timely clinical decisions and improved patient outcomes.
As the Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist, you’ll manage the marketing automation and CRM ecosystem that supports demand generation, lead management, and reporting across multiple RMDx business units. You’ll help connect digital marketing activity to commercial outcomes through scalable processes, clean data, and reliable reporting.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the marketing automation platform across multiple business units.
- Manage CRM integrations, data flows, lead routing, lifecycle processes, and platform governance.
- Build and maintain nurture campaigns, webinar workflows, event follow-up programs, and automated customer journeys.
- Develop and optimize lead scoring models aligned to sales qualification and pipeline objectives.
- Maintain database quality through deduplication, segmentation, suppression management, and data governance practices.
- Partner with marketing, sales operations, and analytics teams to support campaign execution and reporting needs.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, consent management, and digital marketing requirements.
- Support attribution reporting by maintaining accurate campaign, lead source, and funnel data.
- Establish platform standards, templates, and scalable processes across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing-to-sales data integration.
- Experience with lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle management, and database administration.
- Experience building and managing automated marketing programs and email campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing automation platform certification (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Salesforce).
- Experience supporting multiple business units within a shared CRM and marketing automation environment.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with attribution reporting, UTM governance, and campaign analytics.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), intent data integrations, or segmentation strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template troubleshooting and updates.

Pay
The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
