Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Manager

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve workflow components across various marketing automation platforms for better inbound conversion
• Design and implement automations for marketing campaigns, lead management, and segmentation
• Coordinate marketing programs and sales processes with Campaign Operations, Demand Gen, and Sales teams
• Own data hygiene strategy to enhance data accuracy and usability across marketing systems
• Manage Salesforce workflow requests and enhancements in partnership with the IS team
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives to improve lead-to-ARR metrics and data governance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or automation in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environments
• Deep hands-on experience with Marketo and 6Sense, plus strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows
• Practical experience in lifecycle design, lead scoring, and campaign workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing interconnected systems
• Experience with data hygiene, privacy compliance, and operational governance practices
• Collaboration experience with RevOps, Analytics, IT, or Privacy teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay

$103,000 – $116,000 annually
