Marketing Associate - Executive Liability Practice

About the role

The Marketing Associate on the Cyber and Technology E&O team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and technical insurance program placements. This individual is responsible for servicing and retaining an existing book of business, marketing and placing new & renewal cyber and technology E&O insurance coverage, preparing client presentation documents, and communicating effectively with insurance carriers, colleagues, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Marketing Specialists, Sr Marketing Specialist, VP/Marketing Directors, Producers and service teams to provide excellent customer service and technical insurance program placements.
• Service and retain an existing book of business which includes marketing and placement of new & renewal cyber and technology E&O insurance coverage.
• Prepare client presentation documents.
• Timely and effective communication with insurance carriers, colleagues and clients.
• Document internal and external communications.
• Perform miscellaneous projects as directed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Cyber and Technology E&O Liability insurance coverage.
• Detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Direct experience in Cyber and Technology E&O lines of insurance preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in MS office applications is required.

Pay

The applicable base salary range for this role is $47,600 to $88,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
