Marketing Associate

About the role

Vital is seeking an organized and enthusiastic associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position offers opportunities to learn and grow within our digital marketing and creative services initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Complete Vital-created training on core production tasks such as reporting, link building, monthly maintenance, and page building.
• Work with account managers, strategists, and fellow production team members to execute and report on client projects and digital strategies.
• Learn and use various marketing and creative services software systems including Google Analytics (GA4), WordPress, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Gravity Forms, MailChimp, and more.
• Participate actively in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and task execution both independently and alongside your team.

Qualifications

• Inbound marketing certification (via HubSpot).
• Understanding of basic digital marketing and website-building terms and strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with WordPress.
• Comfort with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Looker Studio.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor.
• Knowledge of other inbound marketing tools like Moz, HotJar, SEMRush, HeyOrca, Zapier, CallRail, MailChimp, OptinMonster.
• Experience with quality testing websites and documenting issues.
