Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on content development, brand consistency, and campaign support. This role will also gain exposure to digital marketing, website management, SEO, and analytics, with opportunities to grow in these areas over time.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and repurpose content for digital channels, product launches, newsletters, and sales initiatives.
• Manage corporate and brand social media channels, including content creation and scheduling, under guidance from Marketing Managers.
• Aid in website updates using the content management system (CMS), including basic content edits and page updates.
• Support SEO/AEO and content optimization efforts, learning best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure web content remains accurate, current, and aligned with business priorities.
• Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and digital efforts.
• Use insights to recommend content, campaign, and website improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Entry level 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in or interest in content creation, digital marketing, or social media and best practices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Hands-on experience with or exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro a plus).
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Pardot, Constant Contact, or similar tools, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Exposure to CMS‑managed websites (such as WordPress) or willingness to learn; LMS experience a plus.
• Strong interest in developing SEO, analytics, and website optimization skills; experience with Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
