Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer service activities for LSPI’s online customer portal.
  • Work closely with the product owner to support achievement of objectives by identifying and recommending improvements to the portal, coordinating enhancements and supporting processes.
  • Support project coordination and process improvement efforts by tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and identifying and recommending opportunities to improve efficiency within marketing and communications activities.
  • Support and coordinate portal improvement activities, helping ensure alignment with priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Internally coordinate and support LSPI’s customer portal by gathering input, documenting requirements, testing enhancements, and working with the product owner, IT, and stakeholders to support implementation.
  • Support and coordinate efforts to maintain and improve the organization and use of our marketing materials and asset library in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure materials are well organized and easy to find and use.
  • Work with internal teams to create new marketing materials and assets, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing communications strategy.
  • Carefully coordinate defined approval processes and related operational activities, related to new materials, assets, and vendor-supported items as needed.
  • Carefully coordinate execution of the company’s social media communications, including maintaining a social media calendar, creating posts, and monitoring social media for mentions of the company.
  • Maintain the company’s library of photography assets, including associated documentation.
  • Track and maintain the external marketing communications budget, including monitoring expenditure and preparing basic reports as needed.

  • Knowledge of major social media platforms and their business applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Focuses on continuous improvement in the role and personal growth.
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as work in the details.
