Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes.
• Manage the homebuilding process from start to finish using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Address project management and communication issues, procurement and sourcing mistakes, insurance and permitting dependencies, and improve the customer experience.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to transform the homebuilding process.
• Work closely with the talent development team to enhance employee wellness programs.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, real estate, design, or technology.
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Passion for building better and making an impact.

Qualifications

• Commendable academic background in relevant fields.
• Proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
