Marketing Associate
Job Overview
Freestone Property Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support residential leasing and brand growth across our multifamily portfolio, which is currently focused on New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Freestone’s marketing and brand initiatives across digital and on-site channels
- Help ensure all property marketing materials align with Freestone’s voice, standards, and resident experience focus
- Aid in content development for property promotions, neighborhood storytelling, and resident communications
- Contribute to ongoing updates to Freestone’s website and leasing platforms, including unit highlights, specials, and community content
- Manage email marketing, social media coordination, and other digital outreach efforts
- Support efforts to improve Freestone’s direct leasing channels through enhanced user experience and basic SEO best practices
- Assist in maintaining accurate and high-quality marketing information across key rental platforms (e.g., StreetEasy, Zillow, Apartments.com)
- Cook up with internal teams and vendors to ensure property imagery, floor plans, and unit marketing assets support a strong and consistent presentation
- Support leasing operations through CRM tools and reporting; familiarity with Yardi is a plus
- Track marketing and leasing performance metrics, helping identify opportunities for improvement
- Cross-team collaboration with leasing and property management teams to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals and portfolio priorities
- Assist in coordinating with external consultants, designers, and marketing vendors as needed
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in residential real estate, multifamily leasing, or property management
- Familiarity with both NYC rental platforms (StreetEasy experience strongly preferred) and national internet listing sites alike
- Experience coordinating creative assets such as photography, floor plans, and listing content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CMS platforms and CRM tools is a plus
Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements
