Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with Delta’s brand image and business objectives.
• Create digital marketing assets for use across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, YouTube and trade show materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or customers to develop compelling marketing content and communication materials that are consistent with corporate brand messaging.
• Support special business projects and marketing initiatives as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by the sales team.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Conduct marketing intelligence and market research, including competitive analysis, event benchmarking, customer insights, and industry trend tracking.
• Provide project management support by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of events, projects, and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing communications, graphic design, event planning, and execution (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
• Strong creative skills with hands-on experience designing marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
