MARKETING ASSISTANT - INTERNSHIP (part-time)

About the role

As a Marketing Intern at Coastal Orthopedics, you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media strategy, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Gain exposure to the development of strategic marketing plans and programs focused on increasing patient volume across all Coastal business lines
• Assist with off-site sponsorship activities at health fairs and community events (availability to work evenings and weekends required)
• Assist with maintaining the Coastal website to ensure accurate information for all service lines, biographies of physicians, physician assistants, and administration
• Maintain the social media calendar and create images using Canva under the Marketing Manager’s strategic direction
• Assist with ordering marketing collateral, business cards, and patient education materials

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
• Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling
• Knowledge of tools like Canva
