Responsibilities

  • Aid with conference/trade show registrations, exhibit logistics, promotional materials, sponsorship deliverables, and event follow-up activities.
  • Oversee the company swag store and order branded swag materials.
  • Coordinate and support client special events and company-sponsored activities.
  • Develop content for social media and internal communications.
  • Distribute email communications and other outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and internal stakeholders to gather information and complete various marketing projects.
  • Maintain and organize marketing files, project information, digital assets, and databases.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and modern marketing technologies to improve content development and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide general project coordination and administrative support for marketing, communications, and business development initiatives while using a team project management system.
  • Support special projects and emerging marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to support a wide variety of projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Word.
  • PREFERRED: Familiarity with social media platforms and WordPress.
  • PREFERRED: Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • PREFERRED: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign and Acrobat, or other graphic design applications such as Canva.
  • Willingness to travel domestically; may include some evenings and weekends.
