What You Will Do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and business review planning for Sales, Marketing, and MedEd leadership, including the Head of Sales and Area Directors
- Provide expense report support for Sales and Marketing leadership and assist with MedEd and Marketing meeting card administration and reconciliation
- Cover monthly sales reporting and communications, including Sports Reports, sales newsletters, and quarterly leadership recaps
- Plan and execute onsite and offsite meetings, leadership events, regional meetings, celebrations, and team engagement activities
- Serve as a professional ambassador for the site by supporting high-profile visitors, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, vendor coordination, invoices, and related administrative processes to support day-to-day operations
- Proactively support employee recognition, culture initiatives, and site engagement efforts
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in an administrative/customer service position (preferred in a corporate environment)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet and Intranet, and Database (i.e., JD Edwards One World, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning system)
Pay
$27.00 - $37.05 USD Hourly
