Description Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is an employee-owned oil and gas chemical company delivering performance-driven solutions in hydraulic fracturing. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create high-quality content (brochures, presentations, social media posts, website updates, press releases, etc.) that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
- Lead the coordination, development, and execution of external marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including digital and print.
- Develop ideas to help keep content fresh, engaging, and dynamic.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on performance and key metrics.
- Audit designs to align with business needs, budget, and brand requirements. Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with DCS brand guidelines and positioning.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be flexible with schedule and work in-office as required by a standard workplace schedule
- Submit an electronic or online portfolio with graphic design examples
- Accredited four-year degree or technical college equivalent in applicable field of study and four years of work-related experience (oil and gas or industrial experience a plus)
- Basic Requirements: Technical proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office; Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors; Ability to learn and apply knowledge of DCS products and services; Able to work in a very fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and time management; Able to organize, expedite, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in graphic design or equivalent field with 4 years of experience; or minimum of eight years of industry experience if non-degreed
- Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word in a Windows environment
- Experience with Claude AI is a plus
- Experience in multimedia design for web/social media, video production, and editing
- Experience in organizing, setting up, and operating an onsite live photo/video shoot (fireside chat style); experience in lighting and audio is a plus
- Resourceful in finding fit-for-purpose solutions and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Displays professionalism when interacting with management in a deadline-driven environment
