Marketing and Communications Coordinator- OCE

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in the overall marketing strategy, messaging and positioning for all OCE audiences, about service programs, activities, and community engagement opportunities offered.
• Develops concepts, writes copy, prepares visual components, designs and publishes all marketing materials for both the external and internal newsletters to provide insight into OCE programs and to connect students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
• Maintains an active presence across multiple social media platforms to provide timely, relevant, and dynamic content about OCE programs to keep current students, donors, community partners, and prospective civic engagement candidates engaged.
• Manages data collected by the office for purposes of program assessment.
• Assists with timely and good data collection and storage practices.
