About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team in Charlotte, NC. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing data-driven marketing strategies that enhance campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI. Your expertise will enable CPI Security to leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Salesforce, and Invoca to gather insights, measure performance, and improve overall marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with marketing measurement tools, and a passion for translating complex data into actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to design measurement frameworks, develop dashboards, conduct experiments, and support ongoing campaign optimization efforts. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and measurement tools.2+ years of experience designing, executing, and analyzing marketing tests and experiments.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency with Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools.Experience creating dashboards, automated reporting, measurement frameworks, and campaign performance analysis.Understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and omnichannel campaigns.Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and paid media measurement.Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for analytics implementation and troubleshooting.Familiarity with backend paid media platform API integrations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data clearly to diverse audiences.Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, report quality, and thorough testing procedures. Responsibilities Design and implement measurement frameworks for digital, traditional, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and automated reports using Tableau, Salesforce, Invoca, GA4, and other analytics platforms.Analyze marketing performance across various channels to identify optimization opportunities, growth drivers, and customer journey insights.Measure marketing ROI, lead generation effectiveness, conversion trends, and overall campaign performance.Create and refine attribution models to understand campaign impact and optimize marketing mix allocation.Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and controlled experiments across marketing channels.Establish testing protocols, statistical significance standards, and measurement methodologies for marketing experiments.Translate test results and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience.Design and document analytics tracking specifications for various marketing touchpoints, including web, mobile apps, email, social media, paid media, and offline channels.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to implement, test, QA, and troubleshoot analytics tracking solutions.Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing analytics platforms.Collaborate with marketing, sales, agencies, and external partners to convert business questions into insightful data analysis.Support ongoing campaign optimization through continuous performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis.Maintain and optimize analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Consoles, Invoca, Salesforce, and paid media platforms.
