About the role
As Marketing Analyst / Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and growing our brands—working at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a true “owner-in-training” role, designed for marketers who are hungry to learn, eager to lead, and excited to see their work come to life in market.
You’ll partner closely with your Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to turn consumer insights into action, support implementation of design and new product launches, and deliver standout marketing programs. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll build core brand management skills while making a real impact on the business.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with your Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to turn consumer insights into action.
- Support implementation of design and new product launches.
- Deliver standout marketing programs.
- Support product forecasting, insights development, and business case creation.
- Translate data into clear insights and actions; experience with Nielsen, Circana, or Numerator is a plus.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Legal, and other teams to bring activations to life.
- Communicate confidently and proactively, using PowerPoint and Excel to think critically and take ownership.
- Navigate ambiguity and make decisions with limited guidance.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience, ideally in brand, marketing, or commercial roles within a consumer product organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred); MBA a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly motivated by delivering results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $106,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
