About the role
As a Marketing Account Manager at Digital Factory, you will follow projects from brainstorming to client presentation, working closely with teams to create campaigns and strengthen client relationships. You will serve as the main contact between clients and the business, managing marketing and advertising campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and present results
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Stay accountable for timescales and budgets
- Deliver presentations and progress updates to clients
- Oversee and develop marketing campaigns
- Implement programs to meet client objectives
- Manage notes and next steps from client meetings and conference calls
- Proactively communicate with Account Managers and the department head
- Update client account reports and databases
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (special consideration for those with a Master’s degree)
- Currently enrolled in or attained a graduate degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
