Responsibilities

• Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner.
• Ensure the highest quality of inventory and fresh produce, including proper management of inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work at a quick pace.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
