Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional customer relationships to support long-term business partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to professional customers, offering product recommendations and stocking solutions that align with their business needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all commercial stocking programs.
- Maintain stocking programs in company systems such as APEX, APAL, and Salesforce.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, presenting a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Achieve personal sales and service objectives, contributing to overall market growth.
- Maintain compliance with fleet safety requirements (MVR Driver-Certified) for product deliveries.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) and Commercial Sales Managers (CSMs) for customer and territory alignment.
- Assist with delivery and setup of stocking products as needed.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with local CAMs to ensure customer needs are met.
- Proactively engage with store personnel to ensure service levels and stocking expectations are consistently maintained.
- Provide back-up support to Professional Services teams at store locations when needed.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Working knowledge of automotive systems, particularly consumable stocking products.
- Ability to speak and write English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Strong mathematical skills to perform calculations related to pricing, inventory, and sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- ASE certification preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with fleet safety certification (MVR Driver-Certified) required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
The Physical Demands Of This Role Include:
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Ability to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers for handling and operating products.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment:
- Primarily an indoor work environment, but occasional exposure to various weather conditions when working outdoors.
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, chemicals, electrical hazards, and vibrations.
- Moderate noise level typical in automotive parts environments.
