About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet our standards.
• Handle inventory management tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Support team members with training and guidance on operational procedures.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a food processing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance principles.
• Ability to operate various types of bakery machinery.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
