Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives to grow the overall business by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market.
• Establish store‑level growth plans that align with zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships.
• Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans.
• Execute growth opportunities to increase market share on strategic brands through DSDE best practices.
• Utilize sales data tools to drive effective decisions with frontline salespeople and grow brand presence through acquisition of new space and displays.
• Collaborate as part of a team that values authenticity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required (combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3–5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others (experience may be substituted with training).
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English sufficiently for public interaction, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
