About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall success of the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Document and report any issues or concerns related to equipment or processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a food service or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with food safety protocols.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations.

• Proficient in using industrial equipment and machinery.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
