The Market Research Assistant operates within the Marketing team, supporting strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. The role focuses on ensuring data and reporting reliability, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions in market research tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate market research tasks with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Review and track documentation for market research tasks, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Document data validation processes with clear deadline management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all market research activities.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to ensure data and reporting reliability.
- Apply the Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Data Analysis tools confidently in support of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete role-specific handoffs only when quality control, record management, and data analysis meet security, traceability, and readiness standards for the next authorized teammate.

Position Details

Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
