Market Outreach Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Market Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing awareness and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving client goals through outreach activities and energy savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and adoption of energy efficient technologies
• Manage and coordinate partnerships to drive business growth
• Deliver on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings
• Coordinate events and on-site visits to provide energy efficiency education
• Manage communications and analyze outreach efforts to maximize engagement
• Provide direct customer support through various channels including phone, email, and scheduling appointments
• Travel as required to reach clients and partners

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience within the Allentown, PA area is preferred
• Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable transportation regulations

Pay

Compensation range: $17.75 - $25.05 per hour
