The Role:
The Market Manager will oversee strategic initiatives in the Western MA market, managing on- and off-premise accounts, distributor sales teams, and executing national initiatives.
- Manage distributors on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with brand policies and objectives.
- Train and support distributor sales teams, evaluate their performance, and align with local events.
- Present and promote brand initiatives to key accounts and third-party agencies.
- Execute product seminars and provide feedback on marketing and sales initiatives.
- Manage third-party promotional activities and stay updated on customer and competitor trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships with key accounts.
- Support District Manager and meet with local distributor sales teams.
- Provide regular reports to the District Manager and supervisor.
- Stay informed of changing market conditions and communicate effectively with distributor management.
- Manage and update the market activity report and program execution updates.
- Participate in special projects and verify pricing and distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Five (5) plus years’ work-related experience in the distilled spirits/wine supplier industry.
- Strong analytical, managerial, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Pay Range:
$100,000 - $110,000 annually.
