For a leader in the Transportation space, we are seeking a Market Leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process discipline, productivity gains, and operational consistency. Partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. This role offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a complex logistics environment.

Requirements

• College Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in the equipment rental industry
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams

Pay

$108,430 – $149,091 annually
