WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Market Leader. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices
• Continuing your own client work
• Recruiting and mentoring fellow advisors

• Developing a leadership style that reflects your vision, supported by the firm’s infrastructure, brand strength, and over 175 years of history

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
