The role involves managing a team of software developers and leading projects from conception to deployment. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Manage client relationships and maintain positive communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Experience leading software development projects
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of database design and SQL
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance
