About the role

The Market Lead serves as the local leader within an assigned market, ensuring the day-to-day success of photographers, operational consistency, and positive hospital relationships. They provide support, communication, and accountability while partnering with the Regional Manager to ensure their market operates smoothly and reflects Bella Baby's standards and core values.

• Support photographers with day-to-day questions and operational needs
• Identify concerns early and communicate them to the Regional Manager
• Create a culture where photographers feel supported, informed, and connected
• Care for operational excellence
• Cook up schedules and staffing needs
• Ensure hospitals are appropriately covered
• Monitor operational needs and communicate staffing concerns
• Maintain supplies and resources necessary for successful daily operations
• Escalate operational challenges before they impact hospital service
• Manage hospital relationships
• Maintain regular communication with assigned hospitals
• Represent Bella Baby with professionalism and consistency
• Address routine concerns within your scope
• Escalate significant hospital concerns to the Regional Manager
• Help foster trust and confidence in Bella Baby's partnership
• Communicate updates, expectations, and company initiatives clearly
• Share important operational information with photographers in a timely manner
• Persistently partner with the Regional Manager to ensure alignment across the market
• Maintain proactive communication regarding staffing, hospital needs, and team concerns
• Welcome and support new photographers as they transition into their role
• Encourage collaboration, recognition, and team engagement
• Maintain regular connection with photographers to understand how they are doing
• Identify opportunities to strengthen morale and retention
