Market Impact Team Coordinator

About the role

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group is seeking a Market Impact Team Coordinator in our Virginia Beach, Virginia office. This role will analyze data, develop and maintain reports, manage marketing plans, and support various peer groups and departments to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Coordinating project needs with clients and vendors.
• Assisting with branding and marketing needs for internal and external clients.
• Assembling and delivering marketing materials to current and prospective clients.
• Supporting our Sales Team and Market Impact Team in their day-to-day activities in the field and in the office.
• Researching and analyzing data to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Maintaining spreadsheets and updating informational resources.
• Assisting with billing and expense reporting.
• Ordering supplies and marketing materials for clients.
• Writing letters, emails, and correspondence to prospects and clients.
• Booking conference calls, hotels, air travel, etc.
• Handling clerical and administrative processes and best practices.
• Assisting with event support which may require lifting up to 45lbs.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Administrative Assistant or Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and the ability to build presentations preferred.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High degree of professionalism, with a confident desire to succeed.
