The Southwest Market Head (MH) based in AZ, CA, NV or NW, is accountable for the strategic direction, enterprise alignment, multi-therapeutic area integration, and overall performance of local market teams. The MH leads primarily through influence and enterprise leadership, not direct field management. This role requires the ability to lead without direct authority, build alignment across functions, and integrate multiple therapeutic areas into cohesive market execution. The MH ensures that revenue growth and patient impact is maximized, business goals are met, resources are efficiently utilized, launches are successfully executed and teams are motivated to achieve exceptional results.
