Market Growth Lead - Liquid Processing Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Market Manager to drive growth in liquid processing by engaging customers, developing strategies, and strengthening market positioning in dairy and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities through analysis, collaborate with sales and technical teams to advance projects, support brownfield and customized process line expansions, and promote agile project qualification practices.
• Lead data-driven portfolio analysis, prioritize market segments, and accelerate knowledge transfer to regional sales teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance competitiveness, standardize designs, and reduce response times.
• Analyze markets and develop targeted strategies.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to qualify opportunities.
• Lead customer engagement, technical discussions, and project pursuits.
• Promote efficient project execution and standardization practices.
• Travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years in the food production industry, with expertise in dairy, beverage, or liquid processing applications.
• Strong process knowledge of equipment such as homogenization, membranes, UHT, and blending technologies.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and develop technical-commercial solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, with strong analytical and strategic skills.
