About the role
This position supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, serving as a backup to the assigned financial center manager and acting as a market-level resource. The role involves managing the financial center as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling a client-centric and risk-aware culture. Key expectations include driving operational excellence and ensuring all aspects of the financial center run effectively and cohesively.
Responsibilities
- Operates as a backup financial center leader within a market.
- Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients to foster retention.
- Drives business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
- Creates a world-class client experience environment.
- Manages market-level initiatives as prescribed by market leaders.
- Drives operational excellence.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
- Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others in dialogue, build/deepen relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to personalized service.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing, and delegating while delivering results.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within the defined market.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
- Desired: One year of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Desired: Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail, and/or hospitality.
- Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Desired: Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
