About the Role
This position supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, serving as a backup financial center leader and market-level resource. You will manage as a business owner, foster a team environment, and instill a client-centric and risk-aware culture. The role ensures operational excellence and cohesive financial center performance. If offered the position, you will train at one financial center and may later move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance, based on business needs and applicable law.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a backup financial center leader within a market.
- Manage client traffic, engage and route clients appropriately, and foster client retention.
- Drive business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
- Create a world-class client experience environment.
- Manage market-level initiatives as prescribed by market leaders.
- Drive operational excellence across all aspects of the financial center.
Managerial Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience, demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a work team.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of direct reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
- Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others in dialogue, build relationships, and provide personalized service.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing, delegating, and delivering results.
- Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to any financial center within the defined market.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
- Desired: One year of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Desired: Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail, and/or hospitality industries.
- Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Desired: Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
