Market Finance Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Market Finance Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee financial performance for value-based provider relationships and serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership. You will lead analysis, reporting, and decision support that help drive market growth and strengthen Medicare Advantage performance. The position also requires close collaboration with Corporate Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to support accurate close processes and effective execution of key initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $104,000 – $143,000 annually Responsibilities Analyze financial results and identify opportunities to support market growth Manage a team focused on value-based provider financial performance Lead financial analysis and reporting related to value-based providers Utilize data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to optimize Medicare Advantage performance Align with Corporate Finance on monthly accruals and financial close processes Establish relationships across the organization to enhance delivery of initiatives Serve as a strategic finance partner to regional leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience with value-based contracts and providers (VBC/VBP) 3+ years in financial analysis and reporting Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities including formulas and pivot tables Proficiency in PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off and company holidays Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance Opportunities for personal wellness and smart healthcare decisions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
