Market Finance Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Market Finance Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will partner closely with finance and operational stakeholders to strengthen Medicare Advantage performance through analytics, forecasting, and decision support. You will translate complex financial and business data into clear insights that help leaders identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements. The position also plays an important role in supporting regional strategy, bid planning, and reporting automation across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $104,000 – $143,000 annually Responsibilities Leverage data analytics and business insights to optimize Medicare Advantage performance Develop financial analyses, dashboards, and reports to identify risks and opportunities Support regional Medicare Advantage bid strategy and competitive analysis Collaborate with Corporate Finance on capitation accruals and forecasting Identify opportunities for efficiency and accuracy through reporting automation Translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements Build strong cross-functional relationships for effective execution of deliverables Present findings and recommendations to finance and non-finance audiences Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics Experience in insurance, managed care, or Medicare Advantage Strong skills in trend analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex financial analysis Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights Experience using data to drive business performance Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance Opportunities for personal wellness and smart healthcare decisions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
