Overview

At Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital, we're seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire our team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the annual department operating and capital budgets
• Directs daily operations of assigned departments
• Directs performance of staff
• Manages staff assigned to the department
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period

Qualifications

• Required:
• Education: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program
• Experience: 5 years technical experience and 2 years director-level leadership experience.
• Licensure/Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• State license if required
• Preferred:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Licensure/Certification: Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA)
