Market Clinical Liaison
About the role
At ScionHealth, we empower our caregivers to do what they do best. We value every voice by caring deeply for every patient and each other. We show courage by running toward the challenge and we lean into new ideas by embracing curiosity and question asking. Together, we create our culture by living our values in our day-to-day interactions with our patients and teammates.
This is not a desk job - and it is not a traditional clinical role. As a Clinical Liaison, you will spend your days inside hospitals, building relationships with physicians, case managers, nurses, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. You will identify patients who may benefit from continued acute care, help guide them through the referral and admission process, and develop a territory you can truly own. The role sits at the intersection of patient access, healthcare relationships, clinical understanding, and business development. Clinical licensure is not required. We welcome experienced healthcare business-development professionals as well as clinicians who have relationship-building skills, commercial mindset, and hospital knowledge to succeed in a growth-focused role.
Your Market: Ohio Philadelphia is a complex, relationship-driven healthcare market with a dense network of acute-care hospitals and healthcare professionals. In this role, you will represent your assigned ScionHealth specialty hospital within the market, develop meaningful referral relationships, and become a trusted resource for teams caring for medically complex patients who may need additional time and specialized hospital-level care. You will not simply maintain a list of accounts. You will build a market.
