Responsibilities
- Sales through Service: Consistently meets or exceeds Sales and Service metrics set for their respective branch
- Deepen member relationships: Utilize consultative service skills
- Oversee new product onboarding: Ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coaching: Daily observation with immediate feedback (mini-coaching)
- Create and execute personalized Action Plans: Assist in constant employee progression
- Coach teams: Handle escalations and manage conflict resolution
- Direct monthly branch staff meetings: Conduct consistent daily huddles
- Meet regularly: Identify, coach, develop, motivate and support employees
- Membership Development: Weekly business development efforts to drive new membership and increase market share
- Internal and external relationship building: Network to create referral sources
- Community involvement: Represent Frontwave’s philanthropic efforts at meetings and events
- Financial classes: Educate members and resolve problems
- Branch Operations: Oversee staffing, maintain branch soundness and security, handle regulatory/compliance policies
- Manage branch management and staff: Follow credit union policies and procedures
- Time management: Prepare and process time sheets for biweekly payroll
- Training: Organize and conduct training sessions on credit union policies and procedures
- Motivate staff: Assign duties, organize cross-training, promote training and resources
- Liaison: Resolve conflicts with staff members
- Promote collaboration: Motivate staff to become strong culture carriers and collaborators
- Strategic alignment: Ensure branch activities align with Frontwave’s strategic priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in relevant major
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in a credit union or similar financial institution
- Minimum of five years in a management position
