Are you passionate about turning complex data into actionable business insights? We're seeking a Market and Channel Intelligence Lead to serve as our expert in marketplace analytics, delivering strategic insights that drive growth, inform decision-making, and identify emerging opportunities across retail, household panel, and foodservice channels.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll leverage syndicated and proprietary data sources to create compelling analyses, uncover marketplace trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and industry stakeholders. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, external data providers, and industry organizations to transform data into meaningful business action and help shape growth strategies for the dairy industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead market and channel intelligence across retail, household panel, and foodservice sectors
- Translate complex data into clear insights, implications, and strategic recommendations
- Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and thought leadership to support business planning and decision-making
- Identify emerging consumer, category, and channel trends to drive proactive growth strategies
- Manage relationships with leading data providers and maximize the value of marketplace intelligence investments
- Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to provide actionable insights that support dairy growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market intelligence, analytics, or related fields within Food & Beverage, CPG, or leading market research organizations
- Deep expertise working with Retail POS, Household Panel, and Foodservice data
- Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear business recommendations
- Experience influencing senior executives and strategic business decisions
- Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience developing talent and building analytical capabilities is preferred
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
