About the role

Hart Maritime is an internationally recognised maritime security provider with a 100% success rate across more than 100 shipping companies. We are now recruiting a Maritime Project Manager to lead maritime security operations services for a major oil client in Tanzania.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior in‑country lead for the maritime security contract, managing all operations, personnel and client relationships on the ground.
• Oversee on‑ and offshore asset protection, port security and ISPS compliance delivery.
• Produce operational and threat assessment reports.
• Manage emergency response readiness.
• Ensure full contractual and HSE compliance.
