Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a marine technician or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of inboard/outboard engines, diesel systems, AC/DC electrical, and marine systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ABYC or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
