About the role
The role involves teaching marine biology and environmental science courses at the college level. The instructor will also assist in research projects and community outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in marine biology and environmental science
- Conduct research projects and publish findings
- Participate in community outreach programs
- Assist with curriculum development and assessment
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the college level
- Experience with marine conservation and environmental issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing an FBI background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$50,000 annually
Schedule
Adjunct faculty are hired on a semester-by-semester basis.
