Marine Mechanic

Position Title: Certified Mercury Marine Technician Bring your Mercury expertise to a specialized marine service environment where your certification, technical judgment, and hands-on experience will be put to work every day. This onsite role focuses primarily on Mercury outboard maintenance, diagnostics, warranty service, and repair, with additional exposure to basic electrical systems, vessel maintenance, gasoline engines, and light diesel maintenance. Technicians work directly on a variety of vessels in a busy Florida boatyard and are trusted to diagnose issues accurately, document their work, and deliver quality repairs. The ideal candidate is a currently Mercury-certified technician with at least three years of hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a track record of career stability. They are technically credible, dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and looking for a long-term opportunity where their specialized expertise will be valued and supported.
