About the role
Responsible for overseeing marine fleet operations in heavy civil construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Directs marine fleet activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Manages relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversees maintenance and repair of marine equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine operations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Knowledge of marine engineering principles.
- Experience with marine vessel operations.
- Proficiency in project management software.
