About the role

The Marine Electrical Adjunct Program at Olympic College offers courses leading to a Certificate of Completion. Classes are taught in the evening and may expand to other times and modes in the future. The program collaborates closely with local employers, primarily serving Marine Electrical Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Teach Marine Electrical courses.
• Prepare and grade related coursework.
• Maintain accurate student records and complete required forms.
• Participate in program coordination and employer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Prior experience in Marine Electrical preferred.
• Teaching experience and curriculum development experience are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to foster a culturally diverse learning environment.
