• If you need your order sooner - or want full tracking, a signature, or a guaranteed delivery time - you can choose a paid upgrade at checkout:
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - fully tracked, no signature, 2–3 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - fully tracked, no signature, next working day
• Royal Mail UK Special Delivery - fully tracked, next day by 1pm guaranteed
• Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day by your chosen delivery method.
• Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
• Royal Mail's stated delivery times are targets, not guarantees, and we can't control delivery times once the parcel has left us. The only Royal Mail service that comes with a guaranteed delivery time is Special Delivery. That said, the vast majority of orders arrive comfortably inside the target window.
• Do you ship internationally?
• We ship to UK addresses only - including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Islands. We don't currently ship to destinations outside the UK.
• If something goes wrong
• Contact us. We'll sort it - quickly, and without making you jump through hoops. We've been doing this since 2009 - the goal is always the same: get you what you ordered, in good condition, with as little hassle as possible.
