Marination Attnd Labor PR03U 1st Shift -Forest, MS

Marination Attendant Labor team members support the marination process by preparing, monitoring, and maintaining equipment and ingredients used in poultry production. This role ensures products meet Tyson Foods' quality, food safety, and customer specifications while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix marinades according to established formulas and production specifications.
• Monitor marination equipment to ensure proper operation and product flow.
• Load ingredients, seasonings, and additives into marination systems as directed.
• Verify correct product weights, marinade levels, and processing times.
• Inspect products throughout the marination process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production and ingredient records as required.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments of marination equipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, USDA, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Clean and sanitize marination equipment, workstations, tools, and surrounding work areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Work closely with production team members to maintain efficient product flow and meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
